It seems your working distance is uncorrect for the camera + zoom you have.



Distance between our macro lens (on the camera zoom) and subject (that must be placed incenter of lightbox, in line with the two black plastic knobs that allows rotation of arm)

cannot be longer than 20cm.

Using the EOS with 18-135mm this happen if you use the holes at 28.75 cm (or even the 30cm, but no more than this). In your case, your camera and zoom are too far away, the knobs seem to be in the 32.5 or 33.75cm hole. In this case you cannot focus the smallest items.




How to count the distance: first hole is at 10 cm, then the next each 1.25cm. The 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 cm holes are alone, the other holes connected

i dont have this arm
i have the picture but it is too heavy to send you
i also have problem with the focus
now i realisez that my licence is not working
it appears that some window are in gray
i have been struggling
how can someone help me to take the remote control system?
